This tome contains years of research notes from the mundane to the macabre.

Among other content includes enough means of making flesh golems of different sizes and shapes. To decipher the notes, you need to succeed on a DC 100 Arcana check but the DC is lowered by 1 for every week in which you have succeeded on a DC 20 Arcana check following studying it for 1 hour. Besides the decipher change, this feature works the same as a Manual of Flesh Golems, with the different result that only one cipher page burns instead of the whole manual. To re-write a new cipher page you must spend a full 8 hour writing, succeeding in a DC 28 Arcana check. If successful you also need to apply 10 000 gold worth of reagents to infuse magic into it.

To create a CR 1/8 (mastiff, displacer beast kitten, etc) The Wild Beyond the Witchlight rat, cat, or small bird flesh golem, you must spend 10 days, working like with a greater flesh golem and pay 500 gp to purchase supplies.

To create a CR 0 (rat, cat, small bird, etc) flesh golem, you must spend 5 days, working like with a greater flesh golem and pay 250 gp to purchase supplies.
