Brass Coin
I just wanted an over-all pendant against magic, which will include any "leftover" magic debris for those working in this environment. It is extremely limited in use by applying the "user only" part, which can't be changed without reforging, so this lowers the magical bonus level.
It has been hard to find costing for DR (and especially "magic DR"), but at 1/- relating to only magic I estimate at +1 before the one-user limit.
Spell resistance starts at 13 for a +2 bonus, 15 at +3, so I put the level at 10, giving them SOME chance to resist while being essentially worthless. Perhaps around +0.5.
The will save is essentially needed. +1. The special conditions another +1, since there are sure to be many creative solutions around it.
So +3.5 total, or thereabouts, and limiting that down to +2 with the one-user clause.
